Call me Alexandra. Some time ago - never mind how long precisely - off we went to this secluded beach in western Iceland: YtriTunga.
As we embarked on our road trip to this enchanting land, the weather gods smiled upon us, granting us a day of pure bliss. The sun shone brightly in the sky, and as the wind was never missed, all of our attention was stolen by the flirty mountains that led us to shore.

She’s not distracted, they were just everywhere
And there we stayed, sharing company with these adorable animals. It just so happens that they are quite used to us humans, and I couldn't help but feel ignored at times. They look like they are resting from the high tide, but I wonder, are we that boring of a sight?

For sure, we humans have no chance against the mysteries of the sea(l) and all the unknown that lies underwater. All we could do is indeed wonder about the wonders and be thankful we recognize each other.
